We also covered most of the common areas, including the leasing lobby, which will feature a full-size classic Volkswagen bug — parked right on top of our seamlessly installed carpet tile!

Exceptionally durable and easy to clean, this Luxury Vinyl Plank from Shaw Floors provides a clean, minimalist, urban appeal throughout The Q’s residences. Resto Plus Majestic features a waterproof ArmourBead® wear layer for enhanced performance and Soft Silence® acoustical pad for noise reduction and added comfort
An italian tile made in the USA, Basaltine is a color body porcelain inspired by the natural elegance of volcanic stone. The 24” x 48” white tiles that Sunset Design & Finishes installed in The Q’s lobby provide a contemporary look designed to satisfy the most sophisticated aesthetic and architectonic tastes and requirements.
We installed these 24” x 24” Atmospheric Bisque carpet tiles from J&J Flooring in The Q’s leasing lobby insets. Based on the iconic, iridescent glaze that infuses every piece of Pewabic pottery, this design represents a coalescence of elements that establishes a striking aesthetic of texture and color, with harmonious movement and fluidity.
These 10” x 40” Kiwi carpet tiles — part of The Human Nature™ Collection from Interface – provide a pop of organic color for the VW’s “parking space” in The Q’s leasing area. We blended the tiles seamlessly to hide the corners and edges. FUN FACT: This product contains 81% total recycled content, including 100% recycled nylon made in part from reclaimed fishing nets.
